Why does everyone start with 30-Day Foundations?
Because starting well matters. Foundations gives us time to: learn how you move, coach you safely, help you build confidence, and find a routine that fits your life. It removes the guesswork and helps you get better results long-term.
Do I get the chance to meet new friends?
Yes. We like to organize our fitness classes into small groups, as this allows you to meet others.
What if my schedule changes?
That’s normal. One of the benefits of coached CrossFit is flexibility. We’ll help you adjust your training plan so you can stay consistent even when life gets busy.
How does this compare to Burn Boot Camp or OrangeTheory?
Those are great options for many people. What makes Celebration CrossFit different is: personalized coaching movement, scaling long-term progression, programs that adapt as your fitness and life change. If you want something you won’t outgrow, this is a great fit.
Do you have showers?
Yes we do!
Do I need to be in shape before starting CrossFit?
No. That’s literally what we’re here for. Everything we do is scaled to your current ability, and every class is coached. You do not need experience, strength, or conditioning before starting.
How many days per week do I need to train to see results?
Most people see results training 2–3 days per week consistently. That’s why we offer multiple training tracks, so you can choose what’s sustainable for you. Consistency matters more than intensity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
Our class programming will include a strength portion in which you’ll work on something like Olympic weightlifting, deadlifting, squatting, or bodyweight strength or you may work on a skill like handstand push-ups. After the strength or skill portion of the class is complete, most days will involve a workout that was programmed for that specific day. Workouts can be anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes or more.
Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?
No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
