You will complete 2 personal training sessions, during which we will assess your mobility and flexibility and learn basic movements of CrossFit. Then you will join CrossFit group classes and start enjoying the magic of coaching and community as quickly as possible.
In each session, the coach will first assess your mobility and flexibility. Then they will show you basic movements found in a CrossFit class, including the olympic lifts. Once you complete the 2 sessions, you will join regular group classes, where the coaches will modify the movements based on your ability. After the end of the 30 days you will chose which of our training tracks you want to join.
