30 day Foundations Program
Every new member begins with our 30-Day Foundations Program. This first month is designed to help you: learn movements safely build confidence in class. Understand how CrossFit works. Establish a routine that fits your life What’s included: 1-on-1 Initial Assessment. 1 Technique Session. Unlimited group classes for 30 days. Clear recommendation for what to do next No experience required. No pressure. Just a supported, confident start.
Unlimited classes
Get the most out of your CrossFit membership. The membership gives you access to group classes as well as Open Gym training time.
Progress Track
Train 3x a week if you want: steady strength and fitness progress with enough frequency to see changes and have flexibility without overwhelm
Consistency Track
Train for 8 classes a month with this plan. Includes CF group classes or open gym time. Designed for busy adults who want results without living at the gym. This option is ideal if you: have a demanding schedule, want to stay strong, healthy, and consistent value sustainability over burnout
